Sinina's Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 12 hours from the placing the order by loggin into your account or you can write to our customer support team by mentioning the order id .

Returns and Exchange

Sinina's 10 day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on www.sinina.com for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item. The return request can be raised via your account or thro customer care number 022-49797177 .Please preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You can try on a product but please make sure to preserve its condition. You can return the product by the below mentioned ways.

Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You will see a return option when you submit a return request from your account . 
Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location .You can courier the material back to us .
Once we receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and once product passes the quality check we will credit the amount in full or exchange the product you paid for the products . If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. All exchanges are subject to availability and subject serviceability for an exchange.

Refunds 
Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 48 hours.
The following Rules applies to this Policy:
Cosmetics, Socks, Deodorants, Perfumes, Briefs, Shapewear Bottoms, any Lingerie Set that includes a Brief, Swimwear, Mittens, Wrist-Bands , Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well
If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
